Rules on preparing actuary’s report issued
On December 3, the China Insurance Regulatory Commission issued the new Rules.
According to the Rules, actuary’s report is composed of seven parts and can be adapted to life insurance companies, annuity insurance companies, health insurance companies rather than reinsurance corporations.
Implementation Rules of Enterprise Income Law issued
On December 6, the State Council issued the“Implementation Rules”. It will take effect on January 1, 2008.
Statisticians Offices emerged
There are several Statisticians Offices in Sicuan, Jiangsu, Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Most of them are initiated by local Bureaus of Statistics with the purpose of improving management in statistical field.
